REFUND POLICY

We accept returns only if the artwork is damaged and the customer is not willing to accept a new shipment to replace the damaged product within 30 days from your date of purchase.

Customer must provide images of damaged package and product when requesting a refund.

Once images are submitted we will review the order and determine how to find a solution for the customer's situation.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving the package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and complete, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund can be made, or if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
